Description
This is a large share of mixed beef and pork cuts from Chapman Cattle Company, in Taylorsville. Three pickups at the farm will consist of different combinations of the following: ground beef, hot or mild pork sausage, NY Strip Steaks, beef stew meat; pork chops, a beef roast, flat iron steak, fajita strips, Ribeye steaks Chuck Eye Steaks, brisket, cube steak, pork bratwurst. There will be 5-6 different cuts each pickup. All 3 pickups will total approximately 53-lbs per season.
Our CSA add-on Meat Packages, run with the Farm Shares. Pickup dates will be determined at the beginning of the season.
